The manager here is amazing! I relocated from western Washington and she made the process super easy. I’ve been here for two months and Kayla has been awesome. She really cares about the tenants.

Kayla was and is by far the most responsive and realistic person to work with! She made the application and Move-In process simple, quick and painless. At 9am on a Tuesday I was staying in a hotel nearby. Less than 24 hours later I had the keys to my new apartment! She’s down to earth, realistic, and is always willing to help others when possible. She’s professional and prides herself on getting the best result for her tenants.

We love our new “home”. It’s beautiful, peaceful and feels like home. I worked as a manager at the INL for several years and have since retired. However, my experience has taught me the value of good employees. Daniel has exceeded our expectations as we have transitioned to this new home. He has quickly responded to our texts and calls as we prepared for the move. If I had to score his service to us from 1 to 10 - —-it would be a 12! ;-).

We have had the privilege of working with Kayla several times. Her professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to excellence sets a high standard in property management. She is organized, responsive, and proactive in coordinating with vendor services, which allows for efficient project completion and consistent results. It is evident that she values strong partnerships and takes pride in maintaining a well-managed community. We look forward to continuing a strong business relationship with them.

We toured a unit with Kayla and she was fantastic. Super nice and helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. We ended up changing gears and decided to look at single family homes, but I just wanted to give her kudos for being a great resource during our search for a new place to call home.
