I had lived here for a little less than a year, and the experience has become more unpleasant. First, the management charges fees whenever there is a problem even it’s created accidentally. The garage is too complicated and there was one time the button went off and my door didn’t close, someone else called the garage team and Camisha immediately put a $125 fee on me even when I didn’t make the call or cause the problem. There was one time when fire alarm went off and water leaked, it took them MONTHS to process the construction, and when it finally arrived, they are creating noises and inconveniences every day. If you value professionalism, accountability, and respectful treatment from management, think twice before living here. The building looks nice and is kept clean, but that’s where the positives end. The management experience was consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily stressful. The stacker parking system was a constant headache. At one point, another resident hit the system and it shut down completely for days. I literally had to rent a car just to take my mom to a medical appointment because management didn’t treat it urgently. Residents also leave their stacker doors open, blocking access and making it impossible to park or move your car. I’ve lived at Sparq for a while, and the experience has been disappointing over time. The building has serious noise insulation issues, especially with footsteps and floor vibrations from upstairs units late at night between 10 PM and 1 AM. This has been happening for around two months and makes it difficult to sleep, even during established quiet hours. On top of that, the property is located right next to a busy main road, and the street traffic noise is very noticeable, especially late at night or early in the morning. Even with windows closed, cars passing by can be clearly heard because the window insulation is quite weak. Management’s responses have been slow and mostly ineffective. We’ve been living here for almost 3 years and couldn’t be happier! Camisha, the leasing office manager, has been incredibly helpful—she always responds quickly to any questions or concerns and truly goes above and beyond to support residents. We’re very thankful for all her help over the years! The building is also very pet friendly, which is perfect for us since we have a dog. We always feel safe here, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. The common areas are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is modern and welcoming. Highly recommend this community!
