Anissa was super wonderful and helpful with my experience! My move in date is close and I’m so excited to finally be moving to a better living environment close to my job. She was able to help me through my process with approval and gave a great tour experience for me and my friend who came with me ! I am so excited and grateful for her help! Spanish wells is definitely the place to move too!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! The management team especially Jen Anissa and Jesse Don are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any maintenance requests or questions. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. My neighbors are friendly, and there’s a real sense of community here. The location is convenient — close to grocery stores, parks, and major routes — but still peaceful. The amenities (like parking, laundry, and outdoor areas) are clean and well-kept. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m very happy to call this place home!

I use the gym at Spanish Wells daily. One morning I entered the gym and noticed one of the cords on the weight machine snapped making the machine useless. The broken cord was reported and Olen Living fixed the machine in a day or two.

I'm so happy with my new apartment. The first time we went to look for apartments to rent, the staff at the office were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks to Anissa, I chose Spanish Wells to live, She was so kind and helpful. I recommend this place to live. It's very peaceful and the people are very friendly.
