I can tell you this..... If you want maintenance at your door every other day do not move here. They remodelled the apartment complex and the builder was very very cheap! From plumbing to AC issues. Not the best part of town either.. Make sure you do 29 miles an hour on Cooper Street. Because the motorcycle cops work it every day the speed limit is 30!!! And they mean 30!!! But Vivian the maintenance supervisor tries her best to get this place up to top notch.. She tries get the problem situated as fast as possible!! But it's not her wallet so she can only try!!!

I lived there long ago before update in a 2 and 3 bedroom and I loved them..a little ghetto back then but they had a security guard and working. I would really like to see some photos of the inside
