Spanish Mission Apartment Homes: Apartments In Georgia

I moved into Spanish mission apartments on December the 6th of 2018. For the first 4 and 1/2 years it was awful! Maintenance couldn't even install a ceiling fan and set a bucket under my AC drainage instead of flushing out the line that was clocked. I was told that the reason my ceiling was leaking onto my furniture was because I had the wrong kind of shower curtain. That was the first set of owners. The second set of owners were even worse. My linoleum floor was peeling and the maintenance people told me along with the leasing agent that they didn't have any glue and I should just put a rug over it. I was about ready to move until I discovered that our property has been sold to a new owner who also owns the management company. In the few short weeks since the new ownership and management,

I absolutely love these apartments. I came from out of state and they worked with me in getting my keys over New Years. Lizette, in the front office is wonderful. My one bedroom apartment is huge and I don't feel cramped like I did in my other apartments. The best thing is I can sit outside in the evenings and it is quiet. Maintenance is awesome as well. They are quick about doing repairs. Would highly recommend this place.

Spanish Mission Apartments is one of the nicest living communities I have lived in since I had moved to GA. The management team always keep the community looking nice and up to resident standards. The pool is always clean, yard always cut and trimmed. Also, the manager and her assistant are always nice and ready to assist you the best way possible. You'll love it here too!

Issues will arise with the apartments' age however they are well maintain. I've lived here many years and have found the location ideal and the layouts desirable. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond to my requests. The bad: age and parking in this environment (think 50yo homes). the family oriented layouts may not meet the needs of some.
