Do NOT move into Spanish landing apartments. Horrible management and no communication whatsoever. They will take your entire deposit and make ridiculous claims to try and justify robbing you of your money. Insane rent prices for a complex that hasn’t been renovated. This has happened time and time again from previous renters I’ve spoken to. Stay away from Spanish landing!!!
