Spanish Garden Apartments

I personally love this apartment complex I love the rent it’s fair and all yet we need to have security do some check in’s behind houses. Not only that but please leave the security number to residents living in the apartments. It would be great and make this apartment complex a safer environment for everyone in it.

We have been residents here for over 12 years, rent was fair and the service was outstanding. Fast forward, the rent goes up by a 100% due to the changing economy, which is fair. But the service from the management team has considerably dropped, we have been met with rudeness and their only excuse is to contact the owner of the apartments if we have any major complaints about how the apartment complex is run. Even if we were to go out of our way to do that, the owner seems to approve the management team of finding every single little excuse to fine the residents. Fines that have no solid reasoning behind them, most likely to fund the numerous renovations this apartment complex has had. Not to mention the pet fees here are ridiculously high in comparison to apartments in downtown. This was

Manager it's always mad and never can keep staff always new people at desk , also fixings things in apartments take forever. Have to pay for parking , and when you move out manager try to charge for things they never come and fix while living there.

I used to drive past these apartments everyday and with just the vibrant colors , it would brighten up my day now I look at them and they make me feel numb and dull. They were better off with the color why did they make them gray like literally thats so sad.

If i could put zero stars I would management is not good. They give you visitors passes but still tow your car in the visitors parking. Ive seen soo many drug deals and prostitution going around save your money and dont come to this hell hole
