Spanish Creek Townhomes

Vanessa and Jessica were absolutely amazing throughout my apartment process. They were responsive, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They made something that can be stressful feel smooth and manageable, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.

Please people don't move in to these townhomes.. the air conditioning is horrible !!!! Just take a look at all the ac windows that will tell u alot. But I mean I guess its understandable since its based on low income families. I was here for almost 5 years ended my lease and let them know I was moving out like 5 months before my lease ended. After moving out and leaving the apt in good conditions after almost 5 years Mrs. Juarez was charging me 1150 of damages.. which was gonna be my next month's rent if I would've stayed .. I have pictures of how I left the apt and plan on opening a small claim about this issue. People just make sure you take pictures of everything.

Check reviews before applying, the good reviews about them must have been them putting them. Worst experience I’ve had, first of all Jessica has to be the rudest person ever, wrong person for this job, and Vanessa follows right behind her. I talked to Jessica over the phone, her cutting me off being super ugly, I asked for HR number to report her and she refused to give it. I have all calls and conversations recorded of them saying I was approved all for 5 days before my old lease to end them call me and tell me no. They brought out a million excuses that simply didn’t add up to previous conversations. What a shame these beautiful apartments have such ugly receptionist. DO BETTER ND HIRE NEW.

So excited to move in!! Jessica & Vanessa were amazing during the entire process. They walked me through everything, were so patient & made me feel comfortable with my millions of questions! I checked out so many different places & always felt rushed or like a burden! Thank you girls for being the reason we chose Spanish Creek!!

Very nice and spacious apartments! Lived in a 2 bedroom for 9 years and they were so comfortable. Jessica also has monthly events for the tenets, communication is awesome and I really loved these apartments!
