An Amazing group of hardworking professionals. I have been with Spangler Realty for 3 years and have received the best service from the entire team, especially Beth Spangler. The team is fantastic about timely communicating issues and providing solutions/recommendations on how to proceed. They always strike a great balance between the tenants and owners, ensuring everybody is treated fairly. I would recommend Spangler to any property owner or individual looking for a rental.

Very unprofessional and rude. Beth is on some sort of power trip. I understand wanting to protect your business(especially, with all the negative reviews). But, I think she’s watched too much CSI or something. Interrogating someone on a $900/month room rental is ridiculous. Especially, when I provided over 3X the income. And, I’ve known the current tenants for over 10 years. I’ve been with two other property management companies as a renter and the process was all done online and very easy. With one of the companies, I had no credit at the time. Because, I was in my early 20’s and hadn’t established that yet. Was also working as a nanny making similar income. However, with Spangler they required a sit down interview that took 30 minutes. Beth was rude, condescending and acted as if it was

If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called real estate company is nothing but a nightmare waiting to happen. I followed every step they asked, provided all necessary documents, gave notice to my landlord, rented a moving truck, arranged labor, and transferred my utilities—only for them to stab me in the back at the last minute. After 21 days of waiting, when I was finally ready to sign the lease, this unprofessional excuse for an agent, “Beth,” suddenly changed the terms. She claimed my lease would have to be extended for another 12 months after the end of the first lease period instead of allowing a month-to-month option there after. Fine, I agreed. Beth, shame on you for your blatant discrimination and dishonesty. From the moment my husband and I entered your office, your bias was evident. Your facial expressions, attitude, and even your body language--including your shaking hands and restless movements--made it clear that you were agitated and looking for any excuse to reject us. Let's break down your lies one by one: False claim that we declined after being approved - When did that happen? we never declined or backed out after approval. He simply asked reasonable questions about the water and sewer bills--who should pay them and whether the owner was willing to cover them. This is a standard part of any rental discussion.
