Not a good experience. Nothing is ever fixed properly. It's as if they put a Band-Aid on the problem and it just comes back the next week. Constant feces by the pool from other tenants pets and nothing gets done about it. Mold underneath the kitchen sink that continues to grow. Cracks in the floor that is hazardous for children and pets. The air conditioners have mold and black gunk in it that no one ever cleans out. Silverfish bugs all over the counters and in the microwaves. The backyards are unkept and used as a storage room for the maintenance people.

This is the worst experience I have had as a tenant. I am glad I have left this place. Very controlling management who focuses on the wrong issues. They have left dog poop in the front area and an overflowing dumpster for weeks on end. But instead focus on constricting self expression of tenants. Their prioritization is abysmal. They jump at the opportunity to break you down, but take weeks to respond to maintenance requests. On top of special treatment to the very rude maintenance workers who live here. How is this supposed to be a home environment? No decorations outside the front door, no mats outside the doorstep, rude, unhelpful office workers. The internet installed here is the slowest I have ever experienced. No option to get your own. No mailboxes, so you have to deal with the rude

Stay far far far away from this horrible place. These apartments are so disgusting. They never fix anything. The office is terrible they lie and steal from tenants. No hot water for weeks. Electric goes out in the middle of summer 100 degrees outside and office says ac is not emergency. Black mold in the apartments under the sinks and ac units. This is by far the worst and nastiest place I’ve ever lived in. Everyone moving out so far. Never no parking spaces for paying tenants. This is how this nasty hell hole looks. I’ve been in the hospital 3 times now with asthma attacks. There’s so many nicer places in Fort Lauderdale than this nasty dump. It’s a matter of time before the city and health department shuts this dump down.

Our experience at one of their locations was marred by a bait and switch scenario where they will let you choose a unit but then tell you it's surprisingly unavailable when you actually put a deposit on that specific unit and try and move in, pretty much pressure you into a smaller unit you definitely didn't choose and something you definitely weren't interested in settling for. This not only has happened to me but talking to other previous neighbors of mine everyone I mentioned this to its happened to them. the ru
