Sovereign Apartments

Management at this apartment complex is fantastic! Sheila is very friendly, communicative, and helpful in solving any problems. The lobby is always clean and well cared for. The actual apartments are definitely worth it for the price, with decent internet. The west side units have awesome natural lighting, although the east side is fairly dark. Parking lot has room most of the time, gym is underwhelming, and the pool is a solid size, privately tucked away among trees. Big public park right next to complex. Overall, I had a great experience living here and would recommend!

I lived at The Sovereign during grad school and was very impressed. The management is great--Sheila Olson is really wonderful to work with. My apartment was on the east side and it was a little dark, but the apartment was spacious and extremely convenient for bus travel to campus.

I’ve lived at Sovereign for the past two years, and honestly, it’s the best apartment one could imagine. The apartment manager, Sheila, truly cares about the residents. She always goes above and beyond to offer as much flexibility and help as possible. She’s so caring, capable, responsive, and reliable — she really deserves all the praise. The maintenance staff are also incredibly dedicated. They’re practically available 24/7, and the hallways and laundry room are always kept clean and fresh. I didn’t fully realize how much Sovereign does for its residents until I moved out of Madison and into another apartment. It made me appreciate just how exceptional their work really is.

I lived in Sovereign Apartments for about 10 years, and my experience has been excellent. The management and maintenance teams are always responsive and considerate. A special shout-out to Sheila Olson—she is incredibly kind, professional, and responsible. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and taken care of. I had a beyond amazing experience with this apartment and it's rental team. Sheila was amazing from the moment I emailed her. Professional, courteous, friendly and honest at every step of the process. I never had any issues with the building or the apartment but if I would have, I know Sheila would have made that as painless as possible. I have been renting in Madison most of my adult life and I have never experienced such stellar service from a landlord. She truly cares about you not only as a tenant but as a person.
