Southwinds Apartments

These apartments are income base, section 8 and affordable. Nice apartments too. The manager and maintenance guys are very nice, and friendly. I so appreciate the corporate office and the manager, they worked with me to move to a better apartment so I wouldn't be so disturb, cause I was living by the parking lot and there is NO peace there.. But now I'm happy and in peace 😊 thank you Southwinds!

Given this is my first month here ill do another if i decide to leave. The manager is SO polite and makes you feel very at home from the beginning. the apartments are very clean and even the entrances and common areas are clean (no funky smell or stains) this is the first place Ive seen on the south side that actually looks like the pictures they post online or in ads. The apartment was spotless and everything looked brand new. very nice neighbors and just a nice complex in general. don't pass the chance up to move in if you get one!

I enjoyed living here. Manager was always friendly and helpful. Neighbors were mostly quiet (better than most places). And it was great having a washer/dryer in unit. It broke down once and it was looked at the same day, replaced the next. Any problem I had was dealt with immediately. If I could change anything it would be the parking. It fills up quickly in the evening and once or twice I had to park out on the street. Almost every night I was parking next to the second building though (It's not far at all, it's just if I could park closer to where I lived it would be better because I lived on the third floor). Don't let that discourage you, it's a good place with good people!

I have lived here 3 years!! Manger and maintenance always helpful. Winter maintenance in parking lot always cleaned. Sidewalks shoveled no ice found. Ice melt throwed around down around parked vehicles. Really like living here!!!

I love living here the atmosphere is wonderful. Great management and staff the neighbors are friendly... Close to everything eating, shopping, or whatever basically. So don't pass this place up if you ever need a place to call home.
