The accommodation was adequate. Beds very comfortable but the a/c was freezing in some rooms and hot in others. The pool nearby was very nice with comfortable lounge chairs but only 2 or 3 umbrellas. The pool temperature was too warm and not refreshing. Living room furniture was inadequate for a 3 bedroom unit and too old. Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable with pillows/cushions flat and worn.

This comapny manages the reservations for the Bluewater Resort and other Spinnaker properties. Current practice of selling fixed weeks, restriction on floating owners options to book a week or choose to downgrade, and holding back in inventory units for rental diminishes the value of floating ownership. Management not concerned about owners interests, refers back to the contract and their right to make up rules as they go instead of honoring owners priority based on time as member, status as Gold or Platinum, etc.

Great place, great people, and great management
