I can not emphasize enough how wonderful Mel is! Every time I place a work order, he is there the next day and fully fixes the problem. He takes a lot of pride and effort into his work, which makes my home a better place. I have lived at Southwind for almost eight years now, and he has never let me down! Mel is always very respectful, punctual, and charismatic throughout his work orders, which makes the process so much nicer! Honestly, Mel is the best. He truly cares about the tenants and the property and conducts himself as such. I can't recommend him enough! The man deserves a raise!! Thanks for everything you do, Mel!!

I love living here especially due to Mel. He is wonderful at his job and so nice. He cares about the residents. He always cleans up after he does a job. If he notices anything that should be done as far as maintenance he takes care of it right away. He is the best ever!

I lived here for 2.5 years, moved out early, continued to pay rent till the end of my lease, and now they sent me to collections a WEEK after receiving the final bill. The bill included early termination, which I thought was so properties didn't charge as ling as I was paying rent...... There was a point in time they helped me out of a domestic situation, but after this I recommend avoiding goldmark properties like the plague. It's really unfortunate that this is how they chose to handle my move out. I was a good tenant and I would never rent from them again.
