Southwind Court Apartments

I have lived at Southwind Court Apartments for 14 years. It is a well maintained and quiet apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff here are excellent! Any issue you might have is resolved quickly. It's a great place to live and I highly recommend it!

The apartment complex is a great community with clean, well-maintained units. The amenities, including the pool are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment mangager, Tiffani Hall is exceptional. And the location is convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I’ve lived here about 9 years since new management has taken over she has really gotten this place in order. The appearance of the community overall has improved tremendously. The new manager has really cleaned this place up and made it into a positive living environment. Management is easy to reach, friendly and willing to help. She is very professional and organized unlike previous managers. The maintenance man is also very good at his job. He is quick to come and fix things. Once I contact management about an issue he is usually there the next day to fix it.

Despite the area, living here is like a peaceful break from the chaos of South Sac. The manager is honest and hard working, and our maintenance needs were met as soon as possible for them. Great place, and great people.

I moved here the end of Aug 2015 and the managers never last they quit. The Boss at the corporate office never returns calls she too busy. They give notices they can't explain why? The manitaince / security guy trys to tell people what to do . He bang on my door to rush me to get my clothes out so he can wash his clothes.wow these apartments is a dump the only good thing is it quiet and the rent cheap. They need to upgrade . it only 4 washer machines and 4 dryers for the whole one side of complex. Pool never was open. I put in a request for stuff to get fix no one ever showed up. It 2 months later. I demanded a garage because I was promised one and that took for ever I got it because I had no where to park and I live and rent here. O the manitaince guy tried to have my truck towed after I
