Hidden gem!!! Cozy two bed two bath in the heart of norfolk, offered my family space for a reasonable price. Maintenance is fast and effective all while caring for my family as individuals and not just an apt number. The same for Miss Cynthia in the office. She made our renting process easy and streamlined. Explaining in detail what the process would entail. She is sweet as pie and very good with the children that live in our community. We have lived here for almost a year and everyone is so pleasant and respectful. My neighbors are quite and easy going. Hallways are clean and the grounds are spotless. Well lit at night with mobile security I feel safe to live here with my family.

A coworker told me about SOUTHWIND 6months ago and been out here ever since s . My kids love it because it has a pool in the community. My kids are able to go outside and play with no problem. The maintenance men also do a wonderful job of making sure it’s no trash or anything in the halls or streets. Any problems or questions I have had Mrs. Cynthia has been nothing but the best with helping.

Very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Both Mrs. Cynthia and Brendon were very helpful, and were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. The compassion that I've experienced i will never forget. In addition, the property and apartments are well kept! Look no further.

I relocated from another state several years ago and was referred to this complex from a close friend. I initially thought that the environment was extremely nice and quiet, the grounds were very well maintained, and the leasing staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’m happy and relieve to say after several years, I still have a huge smile when I drive onto the grounds after a tiring day. It welcomes me home with a beautiful water feature, immaculate landscaping, the fast response of a rare maintenance request, my family and friends are pleasantly surprise to see how big and spacious the apartment is with modern features. apartments are nice, well lit at night and they keep the complex neat and clean, only problem is everything keeps breaking down, my air conditioning has went out for the 5th time in 4 months, when unit comes to “fix” it, it just breaks right back down, even my washer, dryer, and stove, due to the constant breaking and so called “fixing” we are moving in 2 months
