Southwind Apartments

We are in the older part that survived the storm and I love that. Let's me know the foundation of the complex is strong enough to get through the storms. Its also many families here. The townhome has so much space for the family life. The minor issues of esthetics could have been taken into consideration but overall it is a very nice family home and area. This is the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Im open to being used as a referral as well.

I amcurrently living here because im in a bad situation and this is all i could afford right now. First of all, the rats here are huge and when u finally get rid of them, new animals come, just last night i saw the biggest roach in my closet but luckily my cat killed them so i gusse thats not a problem and the whole apartments are breaking down. Time to time they will turn off the water and the electricity and when you complain they will just say "we will look at that" but they never do and the air conditioning is broken it gets so hot in the apartmwnts that we have to go stay with my mom.

Move here if you want to pay over $300 in just water and sewage chargers when the average cost for this in Dallas is $104. Lady at the leasing office, not Denise, was unhelpful and extremely rude.

If I could give 0 or negative starts believe me I would. I don't even know where to start it's soooo much...first of all the roaches are at an all time high. The have world parties in the kitchen and they love to take over any food left out. The ceilings leak when it rains. The A/C goes out every other day. It's very trashy they don't do anything to keep the grounds up. It pretty much looks like an abandoned shelter and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to be a resident here. The manager doesn't know how to be professional when handling tenants. A few weeks ago there was a fire here and the city implied it would do more harm than good to fix anything!! So the people who live here still I guess are supposed to wait on another fire to start. I can't wait till my lease is up at the end of the mo

Inexpensive (according to market rent)place to live, quiet for the most part. No washer and dryer connections. Management could invest on fixing too many holes inside the apartment walls.
