They have not fixed anything in my grandmas apartment. The toilet handle has been broke since a week after she moved in. She has no hot water and has not since she’s moved in. She has had roaches in her oven and in her apartment. Then because she wants to break the lease, they are wanting to charge her 2 fees of $977 and $900 because my husband and I got orders and have to leave. This is a DISGUSTING place and only wants you for your money. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the management team at the Grandview plaza apartments. They went out of their way to help me and my family. I didn't have the best of credit because of a hospital bill and they were the first rental company that would actually rent to us. Me and my girlfriend both have jobs and pay our bills on time. Although, since so many landlords have been burned by less than desirable tenants it is very hard to rent an apartment nowadays. They got us and our 11 year old son out of a really bad hotel and we are extremely grateful for them. They are cleaning up the apartments and seem to really care.

Lease management and staff say and do nothing about their extreme Germany Roach problem. The buildings have structural problems. And even though I followed all early lease agreement termination requiremens, they are still trying to come after me for more rent. Let's not add the fact that they rented an apartment to me that they had no clue had squatters in it, and the constant issues with felons and trash being scared all over the grounds and buildings. FYI, they might change their name on Google, but this is still The Grandview Plaza Apartments.

Grandview apartments was very quick to get me and my family in to an apartment. Definitely could use some TLC throughout but over all a very nice place.

Went to visit a friend. He was suffering with an infestation of cockroaches. The management told him it was his responsibility to get rid of them. His neighbor moved into her apartment and had squatters. Do. Not. Live. Here. Unbelievable management.
