They work with lenders that can conditionally pre approve you (very quickly ) and let the construction planning begin. My husband and I are in the process of building a Southwest Home. The experience we have had has been phenomenal. I cant say enough good things about Frank, Teresa, and Leela. They are all AMAZING and so easy to work with. They have given us direction and helped us so much with this process. They answer any question we have and have guided us every step of the way. They always make us feel welcome and right at home when we are at the office in Canton. We just closed on our home today. We would absolutely recommend Southwest Homes to anyone who is in the market to build a new home. I was terrified at the beginning but Sean was awesome. He was very informative and knowledgeable throughout the process. The entire team were kind, compassionate, and professional with exceptional communication!
