Southridge Apartments (Grand Fork)

We’ve been living here for just a month, and it’s already been an incredible experience. The entire move-in process was smooth and easy, which really set the tone for everything that follows. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Marissa goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, like you’ve known her for years. We truly feel at home here. The amenities are fantastic, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I’m just over a week into my new apartment here and i’m loving it. Marissa was very helpful during the tour and application process. I love the fact that the main door on all the buildings locks as an extra layer of security. I was only a little bummed that my apartment didn’t come with the floor to ceiling cabinet/pantry that the apartment i toured did. But the rest of the apartment is amazing. It’s all brand new and for what ever reason smelled amazing when I moved in. Would recommend this place to anyone

I toured south ridge apartments this week and was delighted by Claire. Her warmth and enjoyable demeanor was instantly appreciated. I will say I am not a relative so this is coming from a perfect stranger. She knows how to tour. We had done 3 other tours that day and I was tired by 4 pm when we decided to go through just one more. I am so glad I did. She was the breath of fresh air I needed! She calmly walked the property. She knew her information. She accommodated for doors and temperature in one apartment that had been vacant for a bit. She allowed us to look through everything.
