Southpointe Apartments

I love living here! The location is near SO MANY shopping & food choices and right by the highway so I can get to work easily in the mornings. Rent here is so affordable, and I feel very safe here even as a single mom. Kristen & Alan in the office are always happy to answer all my questions and the maintenance guy always says hello when I see him. Recommending to all of my friends!

Love this apartment! Just moved in last month during the management change, got a move in discount, and a good rate for the area. There is security patrolling at night and the community is well lit. It's a great complex to live in and the apartment is large.

Horrible. I transferred my lease to another person when apartment manager Maria was there and got screwed. The corporate manager Elizabeth also approved for my month to month lease to be transferred. My old apartment was cleaned from top to bottom and the manager and maintenance man did walk through. Whenever the tenants after me moved out the apartments put it on my credit what they owed. Horrible company and very unethical. Do not move here. You will regret it.

Lived there for 6 years total, had my own apartment for 4 years there. They do not fix anything even after putting in multiple orders. The managers barely speak English and gossip about the other tenants in front of other tenants. Very unprofessional I would not recommend. I used to love it there and now I would never go back! BEWARE!

Love it here! Manager is so friendly and so is the maintenance man. First time living somewhere with a pool and it is great living so close to tasty restaurants and good shopping.
