Southpark Ranch

I helped a young man apply for an apartment at Southpark Ranch. We worked with Isabel, the leasing specialist. So kind, knowledgeable and reliable. She answered all of our questions whether the questions were via email or in person and she kept us up to date on the progress of the application. Isabel was excellent. While in the office, we observed how demanding her job was. She maintained respect and patience with everyone needing assistance.

Just visited South Park Ranch and had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Wes. I really loved the community. Nicely taken care, you can tell the people that work here care about how it looks. When I am ready to move this is where I will land.

I don’t live here but have had to communicate with the front office in regards to a relative who was a resident and passed away. They have been friendly and cooperative to a degree that was completely unexpected. I want to thank the front office for their help and would recommend these apartments just based on this experience.

I would advise against relocating to this complex. I am relieved to be leaving soon, as the community has significantly deteriorated since the original staff departed. There has been a complete breakdown in communication, and interactions with the office staff have been consistently rude. It is unclear whether Isabel, the new leasing agent, or Ariel is worse with they way they talk. We were recently informed that a new manager has been appointed, although we have yet to receive any communication from them. The limited communication we do receive appears to be from the same manager, Cristina Suarez. Moreover, my neighbor was forced to move out due to the complex's failure to address the mold issue in their apartment, which resulted in their children becoming ill.

Isabel Gonzales was giving me an attitude and was not patience with me and she is new here. She was rude to me when I called her through the interpreter and she hung up on me. I already made a report to the manager. Tow truck just coming in lots plast week, can't park after 7 days per month. I know Monday-friday 6pm-6pm and none on weekend, weekend should be same 6am to 6pm.
