Said they would waive late fees, then said "corporate" was making her charge them. Demanded months worth of late fees with 3 days to pay, then a week before Christmas served me with court eviction papers. Unprofessional and heartless
Southpark green apartments is now called TheClubhouse At Port Orchard.
This place was so wonderful to us. We had no issue with staff , the worst thing that happened to us was parking spot stealing. Beyond that it was just a nice place to live with your pets and family.
