Southpark Crossing Apartments

I lived at Southpark Crossing for about five years and overall had a really good experience. I have to admit that I am really going to miss the maintenance team! Any request I put in was usually taken care of within a day and always fixed right the first time. I also only had positive interactions with the office staff during my time here. The location is super convenient. Being right next to Southpark Meadows, & having H-E-B and Target basically across the street was really nice. There are also tons of restaurants nearby with new ones opening all of the time. The kitchen in my unit was an absolute gem, with tons of space & cabinets! I first want to start by shouting out Cierra she really came through for me ! She is so kind and she knows her shit southpark crossing is the first apartment I toured and tbh I waste no time I be trying to sign a lease asap I take Ubers so I cant be touring every apartment in austin which can be good and bad lol I learned my lesson with my last apartment ! I went through hell and really did not want to experience that again and Cierra made sure I was taken care of as well as another team member of hers I cant think of his name but shoutout to you too boo 😘 Overall my experience has been so good I am overly satisfied with my apartment this is HOME for me !! This apartment complex is amazing!!! Lived here since 2020 and any time I've needed help or maintenance requests they have always responded quickly and took care of it. The staff has been wonderful and so helpful with any questions I've had. This is Def somewhere I consider a forever home. So if your looking southpark crossing apartments is that place.

While Cassie was great in the beginning and the apartment and maintenance crew itself was great, this place had issues. Both property managers we dealt with were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. The location also sucks, traffic every morning. Then add in the construction, it was awful.

I've lived here for a few months now and still feel like I somehow stumbled across my perfect apartment. It has competitive pricing, super nice apartments, a very convenient location (everything I need is within 10 minutes of me), and the staff has always been overwhelmingly welcoming to me. I was having a lot of trouble getting through my application process and Cierra was beyond helpful throughout all of it and was the perfect person to have on my side when there were problems out of both of our controls. She has always been so friendly and real every time I've interacted with her and her attitude honestly probably helped sell the apartment.
