They are disgusting and home wreckers, me and my fiancé. Put application in there in September. Got approved they said they needed Hud papers for us to sign never contacted us. Therefore we still moved in and now 3 months later, they say I'm not approved, which is BS if I wasn't approved, give me my fiancé and kids would have never moved in there. So now they are forcing me out if I show up keeping her in there with the kids and going to evict them. They are home wreckers. If I never got approved, they should never have let us move in. I don't know what the deal is. But the place is disgusting. Our sync has been clogged for 2 months. Are drains for the tubs where clogged they had rotary router, come out unclogged them and never paid their bill. So they won't come back out. And fix our sink

I am very pleased with the management department At Greenwood VillageChad is very eager to help out in any way he can and get thing done in a timely as possible fashion and is willing to work with anyone that wants to better them self and make a good living. I have a very good friend that has just moved in and he is doing all he can to make her experience the best that it can be. We need more people like him in this world.

Worst place to live ever, but in the time's of needs you can differently count on them. But I still wouldn't recommend to anyone with children, families deserve way more better than this... Too much Gun 🔫 violence, very infested with all sorts of bug's... Just being honest..
