If I could give zero stars I would. From the website to the property manager, never answering emails or calls to the and previous maintenance, trashy is what it is. The infestation of roaches make you feel absolutely disgusting to have anyone come over. The pool is gross too. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I complained about mold and the ceiling both sinks having water damage and a few months later when I threatened to call TAA they finally fixed it. Not having hot water and letting us know going days to a week without it. Not giving us any accommodations. Saying the owner wouldn't let me out of my contract and threatened a broken lease. Never. Ever. Again.

If y’all trying to rent here don’t do it is 2.6 rates for a reason, The customer service that the manager gives is unprofessional, the other day the manager gave me an apoiment to go see an apartment and I was at the office on time,when I arrived at the office the office were closed, it was like 10:10 am I called no one answered, not even to say I'm so sorry can we make another appointment I had to leave because I have an emergency, nothing, yesterday I saw her and asked her why she give me and apoiment if she wasn’t available? she didn’t even stop to talk to me without turning her face, she keeps walking saying (I had to go to the dentist) and I told her, she should have let me know since I had to stop doing some task to be at her office on time, she kept walking and the only thing she s

This people supposedly was trying to fix an small hole , they make it big to filled with dirt and at the end we have a big problem ,because everytime the cars pass by the cars mess it up tires or something else , is obviously nobody haven’t say anything but not me ,I’ll never see something without complaining because that’s why we pay rent on time to have a good place to live, so those holes make the place worse , I’ll move out soon so I need the new residents know this is the worse place to live , not enough hot water sometimes yes sometimes no, rocks coming out from the faucet the smell inside the apartment like sewer I have to put a lot of candles to minimize the smell, the dishwasher always has water from the sink when we wash dishes in the sick because I don’t even use the dishwasher,

They have been remodeling my shower for the past 3 days , which I understand and that’s not the issue . But I have called the past 2 days saying what they can do to help me since I’m pregnant and work outside so I didn’t wanna go several days without showering . Yesterday they said they would give me a key to a vacant unit so I can shower & that’s was fine with me . When I got home the key was not there , I called back this morning to let them know the key was not there & the lady infront assured me that she would make sure the maintenance person left the key there herself . I get home from work and still no key . This is going on day 3 since I have showered so I have to get a hotel room to get cleaned up . This is absolutely ridiculous

My mom lives here for about 1 and half year in the first floor, as soon she knew there is apartments available in the second floor she talk to the manager and did an agreement to pay $550 to move plus $950 rent, the manager told my mom she can switch apartments if she pay $250 deposit plus $300 transfer fee plus the rent, the apartments supposedly are under remodeling but the manager wants to give my mom the apartment without remodeling and say she will give it to someone else like the way it is right now, so don’t rent here if they don’t give you the apartment ready they make a lot of mess trying to remodeling the apartment while y’all live inside so you have to clean and not the owner cleaning service, but they want you to pay deposit for something isn’t ready to move really, i hope nobo
