Southline

We moved here from Los Angeles about 1.5 years ago and love it so far! We had the unique experience of transferring units within the building so lived in both a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit, both of which were positive experiences and the process of switching units was very easy. The units are modern, the shared spaces (like the pool, library, and gym) are always clean, and the maintenance and cleaning staff are incredibly nice - especially the cleaning lady Maira who radiates positivity. Our favorite thing about Southline is the location! Being right across the street from Pullman Market and the Pearl overall is incredible and worth the more costly rent prices compared to other places in San Antonio. I had a great tour with Becca and she made the entire experience so enjoyable! She was incredibly informative, answered all my questions, and really took the time to show me everything the community has to offer. The property itself is beautiful, and I love how close it is to everything at the Pearl. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Highly recommend asking for Becca if you’re planning to take a tour!

My boyfriend and I moved here in September of this year. And I wish I can give them more than just 5 stars. With our previous apartment complex we had the worse experience , especially coming from living by southtown area. When we came in for a tour Rebecca was the sweetest as she can be. Before we even toured the place she made us feel like we already live here and made our tour experience so loving and comfortable. Felicia was amazing when we came in to pick up our keys and start moving in, she made our moving experience as easy as it can be . I love how loving , communicative and professional everyone is here. I’ve loved living at Southline! The staff here is amazing, especially Rebecca, who’s been so helpful from the start. She made me feel so welcome during my tour, my move-in process smooth, always answers my questions quickly, and never forgets to give my dog a sweet treat (which he loves!). The apartment complex is amazing, the location is unbeatable, and the efficiency of maintenance requests is unmatched, but truly the people here are what makes Southline stand out. Couldn’t ask for a better community!

Used to be a resident here and towards the end of our residence it became very difficult to get in contact with management. I even set an appointment with them and they forgot our scheduled appointment so we had to re-schedule and calling during office hours would mostly go to leaving a voicemail. Elevators would be broken often and take a while to repair. Hallways began to be unkept. The prices of the apartment itself seemed a bit much for the cleanliness, management and amenities. On a good note, the apartments are nice and maintenance was good whenever we would submit requests.
