Southgate Village Apartments

Very unprofessional mrs. Ashley Says she will give you a call back the. you never hear from her. If you don’t stop by you will not know what’s going on. It has been very difficult dealing with them. Seems as if she doesn’t want to do her job.

I actually love living here I stay to myself been here for almost a year. An the staff is great never had any conflict with them. There is a downside with maintenance coming to fix ongoing issues. Overall great place to utilize as a steeping stone.

Over the last year the Southgate staff has proven that they go above and beyond to provide a nice safe place to live. Giving up their personal family Thanksgiving Dinners to their residents during time of crisis speaks to that! A new camera system that reads license plates has been a great help with security. The landscape has also been upgraded in the last six months.

I’ve never had an issue, Unless it’s trash from the neighbors not picking up behind their children. The ladies in the front office are JEMS. I’ve never had to wait for anything and as for the maintenance crew, when called they are right on time.

I dropped a friend off and I'm glad I did bc I was able to experience y'all's city niiiice, I'll be back. 💖
