Southgate Towers

New to Miami from NY, saw countless buildings in various neighborhoods and fell in love with Southgate for its location, pedestrian lifestyle, walking proximity to restaurants, barbers, pharmacies, doctors, hairstylists, clothing stores, supermarkets, shopping centers and the beach. The building is super dog friendly with one small dog park within the building, a bay boardwalk to walk your dogs and with some shade the building towers provides as it blocks the sun in early mornings and a stunning dog park just 300 feet from the premise. The pool and its view to the bay from any apartment unit, the length and oasis design is unparalleled to any other pool in the market. Management, agents and front desk are remarkable, always looking for ways to improve the amenities near and clean and keep

Great building and glad I moved in recently. Not sure why all the negative reviews...prices of everything have skyrocketed and let's face it, you're living in Miami Beach where there has been a HUGE influx of investment. Monthly fees are part of every apartment complex across the country. Where else in South Beach are you going to find a dedicated apartment building with reasonable rents? Nowhere. Nearly every other building has owners fleecing renters by charging first, last and security deposit. Here...1st month plus $1000 sec dep. Not bad... Anyway, the pool area sold me. Amazing location, great views, very secure parking garage, friendly staff, awesome BBQ area and a decent fitness center. Well worth the overall monthly price!! Definitely check this place out!!

If you're looking for a fresh outlook on what Miami really is, Southgate is the place to be. Living here has completely transformed my experience of the city. From peaceful walks along the baywalk to the convenience of having Whole Foods just steps away, everything you need is within walking distance. The building itself is spectacular, with stunning art deco architecture and even better views. Watching the sunset over the bay from your balcony feels like something out of a movie. The amenities are great-a fully equipped gym, three pools, and one of my favorite features: the BBQ grills right on the water, where you can cook while enjoying the ocean breeze and panoramic views. We love Southgate, the views, the gym and the pool. Apartment layouts are great and the staff is always looking for ways to improve the building and the living experience. Big community that feels like home.
