Southern Trace Apartments

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF MOVING HERE, THINK TWICE. The worst place you can rent to live, it all starts with the carelessness on the part of the administration in the apartments that are infested with cockroaches, the administrator is a rude and ambitious woman and wants to charge you a fine for anything, she does not care at all about the well-being of the resistant. The laundry is dirty, small and old-fashioned for all the people who live there. By the way, the rent is very expensive and every 6 months they go up more.

Very interesting place to live. They have a pool with lots of places to sun bath. Traffic at this location on Roswell rd can get very hectic... but Marta is there. Lots of shops and shopping centers nearby... very busy lication

This apartments are infested with ROACHES of all different types and sizes!!!!!!!!!!. AN IT IS BAD THEY NEED TO COME SPRAY ASAP THEY HAVE TO GET SOMEONE OUT HERE TO BUILDING O When I mean infested I mean infested . They need to hurry up and spray these roaches are coming from outside thru the windows and all.. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS AND WE PAYING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY HAVE TO GET AN EXTERMINATOR THIS IS HEALTH AND SAFETY!!!!!. I'm getting bit by roaches in my sleep. This is not a joke .

Southern Trace Apartments are an amazing place to live me and my family have been living here for over 30 years. I would highly recommend these spacious town home to anyone .

Just good not gonna lie, has a bus stop, and has a gas station nearby, and it's own laundry. Good.
