Was trying to view a property they had listed on the market. was instructed to go view it and send them an offer, then was ignored and offer was never presented to seller. don’t waste your time with them! they will waste yours just like they did for my buyer and i!
Had Such a hard time trying to communicate with them , called many times and they never pick up the calls and if you email them they will take forever to respond! If you want to waste your earnest money go ahead and Proceed with putting your offer !
Company does not respond while under contract. They have no website and the phone number just tells you to email them. Avoid any listing that has this company as the seller unless you enjoy dealing with scammers.
Very difficult to get a response by phone or by email.
