Lived there from 2003 to 2005. Rent was more than fair and the owners were very understanding. It was projects like and had the problems that many impoverished communities face anywhere in America, but it was home. Billy Ray - I hope you're still kicking it there, but retired now so you don't have to put in them 40. Tell Gambino I hope he is doing well and that he found his way for his daughters sake.

The buildings are aged, sure. Great neighbors and staff. Mr. Wong is a great manager. Neighborhood can get loud at times, sure, but mostly on Friday nights, relaxing for the weekend. BBQs with neighbors happen often. Affordable rent, utils can be under $90/month. Some units have central heat and air, others have just wall coils and a/c are wall units, but the results are fast. Great for first-timers making it on their own for the first time. If there is a maintenance problem, they respond quickly. I see a few negative responses here as far as their own review. Please overlook those. You can stay here as long as you wish so you can save up faster so that you can lead a better life at a better complex at some point in your life. Good luck with your decision.

The only reason a 2 it's close to work most of the people in the area are nice and friendly and it is cheep rent past that I would recommend finding another place soon. It's a good place if you just need a cheep place to stay for like 6 mo maybe a year

Can hear this place almost constantly through the fence at neighboring complex. Wow if you have no other option or just love hearing people screaming or blaring the music with loud base all the time then here you go look no further. Have seen multiple drug deal in broad day light,,, yaaa seriously stay far away from this place

Friend had an apartment out here, mildew smell everywhere, shower is disgusting, roach infested, no air conditioning, and this was before he moved in. I recommend to never live here, you'll regret ever putting money into one of these shady apartments.
