I have been living at Southern Oaks Apartments for a year. Moving out at the end of November 2025, relocating. The Property Management staff at Southern Oaks Apartments are very attentive to any repair problems or issues you may have. The maintenance workers are very friendly and hard working. Both Property Manager Linda Castro and Assistant Property Manager Sherialle Chenault, I will say are the kindest most hard working Property managers I have ever experienced. They are both a true asset to Southern Oaks Apartments, they treat everyone who comes into the office with such kindness, warmth and respect. I am writing to share my recent experience during a visit to southern oaks apartments on silver star road this past Monday. I was interested in learning more about your community as a potential new resident. Unfortunately, my visit did not go as I had hoped. When I arrived, the staff did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. I waited for some time, but continued to feel overlooked and ignored. Ultimately, I left feeling discouraged and disappointed. I had high expectations for southern oaks apartments so this experience was unexpected. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and address it with your team, as first impressions are important for prospective residents.
