Do NOT live at a Southern Land Company property, especially if you value safety, honesty, and your health!! Just one month after moving in to the Josephine in Philadelphia, a wastewater leak flooded our unit (#1207), affecting our bedroom, kitchen, and closet while I was in a high-risk pregnancy. Instead of handling it responsibly, management downplayed the severity, lied about repairs, and even accused us of lying, despite clear photo evidence. We were repeatedly told the unit was “safe” to remain in—even before any disinfecting or repairs were performed. This was after a plumber had already confirmed the wastewater source, which was never disclosed to us. We found out it was wastewater three days later after our own investigation. One of the worst apartment management companies I’ve ever encountered. They have an inability to stay on schedule, communicate information in a timely fashion, or follow through with what they say they will do.

I live at the Las Vegas property called Auric Symphony Park. Perfect area to build a property and the quote on quote luxury property I live in, I thought there was nothing like it and you couldn't get it anywhere else. But let me say this, this company and the people they hire do not care about their tenants!! How can you call yourself human at this point and show no empathy or immediate urgency to fix things when people are coming to complain about the things that go on around the property. This is our home and in our home we should feel safe, secure, and clean. I bet in your homes you make you have all those things. We have absolutely no secured parking, that gate has been broken it seems now for several months now but are being charged $150. There is a homeless shelter and many homeles

SLC refuses to respond to issues at their properties and would rather sweep them under the rug to maintain a good image for potential buyers. To name a few incidents that occurred directly by SLC, their apartment manager drunkenly harassed a resident for their part in voicing concerns about the complex/management. SLC claimed the building was safe and secure, in particular their parking garage, yet there were numerous thefts (bikes and car) from their garage with no action by SLC and conveniently faulty security cameras. Another member of SLC’s management knowingly approved a non-resident to charge for an after-hours pool party (after noise complaints security guards informed residents this worker had the party “pre-approved”, however when confronted this SLC worker lied and denied knowing

Do not recommend this company. They have put up properties all around farmland in Dripping Springs Texas and are ruining the environment there.
