I was interested in a property they have for rent spoke with Spencer about the property she was very nasty with her response when talking with her! I would have given 0 stars but that not an option. Would not recommend this company!

I've rented from this outstanding group for 3 years. When the owner of my last rental had to sell..they worked with us to find another rental. We thought so much of this group..we rented another souther property! The staff is professional and friendly. Ewa, & Spencer are amazing. They answer any question and understand renters concers. I cant recommend them enough. Give them a try..you won't be disappointed! Go southern!

NOT a real company, I called to get more information & was told when I APPLY I’d have to pay one month’s rent, and IF I’m approved they keep it as a deposit, and if not the money will be refunded. I’ve never heard of a company demanding ONE MONTHS RENT when applying. a scam if I ever heard one.

Don’t rent from this rental company. They never return deposits. Very unprofessional and the prices are ridiculous. It’s the worst family owned company I have encountered! I just want other people to be aware because I was a good tenant. This company has a practice of not returning deposit. I know other people that rented from this company and have had the same problem. They make sure to keep your 2,000 plus deposit for bogus charges. Majority of the property is too expensive. It doesn’t matter when I rented from this company. I just had to do a review when I hear about others experiencing what I experienced. They strive on keeping your deposit!! Please respond back to other reviews since you are such an upright business.
