I was a client of Southern Dreams from 2023 until late 2025. After managing my rental for over two years, the company abruptly withheld my rental income in November 2025, citing a "sketchy" accounting error they claimed occurred back in July 2024. Despite my attempts to resolve this in good faith, I was forced to take Southern Dreams to Magistrate Court for breach of contract. I presented my evidence, and in February 2026, the court ruled in my favor. In addition to the legal judgment, I have filed a formal complaint with the South Carolina LLR (Labor, Licensing and Regulation) regarding their mismanagement of funds. They are liars and are trying to charge and deny service dogs. Do not trust these people. Just for anyone who has any questions they have been reported to who they need to be reported to for denying a service dog. By the way women’s name was Courtney. And its also funny to me that they haven’t said anything!!!
