I Regret This Purchase Every Single Day! I don’t even know where to begin. Buying a home from Southern Development has been one of the most disappointing, disheartening experiences of my life. What was supposed to be a fresh start in a brand-new home has turned into a constant source of stress, frustration, and regret. I should have known something was wrong when the house wasn’t even finished at closing. I was assured that everything would be taken care of quickly, but here I am, a month later, still waiting.
