Southerly at Southbank Apartments

The view, the sunsets, the dolphins. Everyone is really friendly and the dog residents are all friends. The people who work here smile and wave, they work hard to keep everything clean and nice for the residents, which is difficult to do in the common areas, but they do a good job! They work hard to create a fun, special environment. I lived there three years.

Moving can always be stressful… to put your mind at ease look no further. The Southerly at Southbank staff were there for all of our questions. Every time I called, Jeremy, in the office answered immediately! (I had a lot of questions) The leasing staff is just one part of this incredible experience. The smiles of the maintenance staff at the end of workday give such a home feeling knowing they will be there if something were to go wrong. These apartments were built very well so no issues yet! When you’re done with the scenic views of the river to relaxing sounds of the pool you can easily explore downtown or San Marco as it is right there. I recommend this apartment 100%.

We feel great moving to this beautiful location. The amenities are nice tho the pool is under renovation at the moment. The agent gave us great offers and assisted us with everything we had to accomplish to move in… thank you so much!

The inaugural experience at Southerly Apartments has been exceedingly positive. The commendable efforts of the staff, exemplified by Kyle's attentive guidance to my accommodation, Kaitlin's exceptional service, Kirkland's proficiency in assisting with door access, and Emma's remarkable preparation of the welcome packet, have collectively contributed to a seamless transition. The Southerly apartments IMO is overrated and could have been so much better. For the Afternoon Sun blocks many that don't face the St Johns River. So if you like the dark these may be the better apartments for you to rent. These apartments face the old Florida Times Union building, Haskell and the Riverside YMCA on the St Johns River. Still a great view. And a bonus several of these apartments face the FEC Tracks and the old railroad bridge. At 959 Prudential Dr Jacksonville, FL 32207
