Lis and Joe were great. They were my landlords for 7 hrs before my place was sold and now I am under new management. I would rent from them anytime. They are so understanding to their tenants and their lives. The best thing was that they were always willing to be flexible with payment as long as u didnt cause trouble and kept them in the loop. The house and landscaping we moved into was not very well taken care of, and were told things were going to get fixed in the house soon, but for the three years we were there never got fixed and the things we did need fixed took forever to get done, and as we left we cleaned and fixed the house better than when we found it and was rewarded by only getting half of the deposit back. Thanks guys that’s real first class of you. Good luck having a successful business like that.

When I move I clean their house and clean carpet didn't give me but half deposit but would not give me the manager name to carry them to court for my 400.oo dollars beaware of them not right at all.
