If it were possible to give ZERO STARS to a business, THIS would be the company to get a ZERO, or even below zero rating. This is a PREDATORY management company that I HIGHLY recommend you stay far away from if you want an enjoyable living situation in Downtown Charleston. They're soulless, greedy, neglectful, exploitative, rude, dismissive, a total headache, and will 100% take advantage of you. If you have a serious issue- it could take several months to get it fixed, and they'll use band aids instead of actually trying to truly fix the issue. They'll also send incompetent help. They're not stupid, they just don't care about tenants as long as their pockets are getting lined. They will put in the absolute LEAST amount of money, to get the maximum amount taken from you. This management company is horrible, and will not be there to help… and at the very end squeeze every bit of money out of tenants. I would never rent from them again even if the rent was $1500 under market rate because you will have no kind of kindness from them- just people behind an email that want everything they can squeeze from you, soulless and petty people. Consider yourself warned.

At first, their demeanor was welcoming and accommodating, but that facade quickly faded away, revealing the stark reality of their incompetence and neglect. Within a mere two weeks of moving in, I encountered my first maintenance debacle - a clogged sink.
