Southeast Property Management

I am a person that will go as far out of their way as possible to avoid confrontation. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. Over the course of a year, Diane Anderson's actions (more accurately inability to act) tested my patience enough to have to confront her on 3 separate occasions. When you can actually get a hold of her, she is always ready with an excuse for herself and is never willing to extend an apology. If you decide to go into business with Southeast Property Management, be prepared to be a vigorous advocate for yourself or your needs will not be addressed.

The most wonderful, pain-free company I've ever dealt with. Dianne is amazing and she sets you up to move in as quick as possible. Friendly and right to the point, she immediately makes you feel at home, and doesn't drag you through a loop of difficulties like most rental companies. I will recommend her for years to come, she has been a blessing !

I would like to say these are the best people to do business with. I have had some hiccups now and then and they are willing to help me in any way possible. I have been renting from them for 3 years now and I just can’t see going anywhere else. Thank you Diane and Robin for your patience and understanding!

Seems like the previous negative comments about Diane Anderson, have been deleted, but I have screen shots of them!😜 If you want your money deposited into your account later then the promised date agreed on, or someone who doesn't know how to respond back to your emails especially if your out of the country, or someone who doesn't do 6 months visits of your home to make sure the tenants are not destroying it, then Diane Anderson is the southern gal for you. If you want someone who works for their money and takes care of your home as if it were their own, then save yourself the headache and go with Krystal Palmer, at New Bern Rentals. Nothing but positive reviews on her:) And BTW, I have proof of ALL of the time Diane, has deposited rental payments later then the 10th as well. She sucks poi

Since the start of 2021 this office has been extremely unresponsive. I have yet to have a phone call returned and they do not have a provided email or webpage. I'm not sure if they're understaffed due to Covid or some other reason, but it's difficult to do business with them when you can't get a returned phone call.
