Southcross Villas

Have been living here for almost 2 years now! Theres alot of astounding things to say about this complex from the attentiveness of the front office, the fact that they stay on top of pest control too, and maintenance is always answered within a timely matter! Frank is absolutely amazing with keeping up with any and all requests I put in when I’m having issues and always does the job 100%, making sure there’s little to no chance of issues reoccurring! I feel good knowing that I don’t have to worry about any issues with my apartment going unnoticed. Thank you Southcross and thank you Frank!

Frank has been very helpful & is always quick, efficient, and gets the job done right whenever I have any maintenance related issues. I have been living at the villas for the past 3 years now. It has really grown as a property. Management and Owners are very understanding and kind. Maintenance always shows up quick and makes sure the job is done right. The area is very quiet and safe. The best thing about it is that it’s located close to everything you need within a 5 min drive. 3 HEBs, 2 Walmarts, and all the dollar stores. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment.

5 Stars – Couldn’t Be Happier I absolutely love living at Southcross villas! From day one, the staff has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and with a smile. The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained—hallways, landscaping, and shared areas are always clean and welcoming. My unit is bright and spacious with modern finishes that make it feel like home. What really sets this community apart is the atmosphere. It’s quiet, safe, and neighbor-friendly, Parking is easy, and I feel secure coming and going at any time. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great management, I can’t recommend southcross villas enough. I plan to stay for a long time! Thank you Nancy & frank !

Much appreciation to the southcross villas maintenance staff Frank, he came and quickly and efficiently fixed my issue I was having with my bedroom light switch and offered to change the light bulb without even have to ask. Great experience thank you for going above and beyond.
