Southcoast Terrace Condominiums

Thank you to Eric and the staff at Powerstone Property Mgmt! We needed work done on our stairs and patio and even during this crazy Coronavirus time, they took care of everything safely and efficiently. The tenants are lucky to have such a hard working crew onsite. We have a condo in South Coast Terrace for the last 15 years and this is by far the best management company yet!

Do not live here. Living here is terrible, and it's got awful. Horrible, especially with parking, and there's very limited that you can do if you have the music too high.They complain that if you have your TV too high, they complain And let's not mention the dogs there keep on barking. All night and day. Live somewhere else

I had lived here for about 9 months in which I was a rental tenant, ultimately breaking my lease early. It was simply that unpleasant of a living experience. If you plan on: 1. Living here by yourself AND 2. Plan on buying/renting a unit that is NOT near Unit 317, then it may work out better for you than it did for me. Here's why I say that: 1. The parking situation was god-awful for me. I had lived with a room-mate, in which they got the assigned carport. I dealt with the open parking spaces, which they do NOT provide anywhere near enough for even the people that live there. Their general rule, per security, was 1 carport and 1 parking pass for an open spot per unit. After doing the math on how many units the complex has, I concluded that the amount of open spots that they allow to owne

Some of our family lives here. No visitor parking whatsoever, and maintenance is unresponsive. It took 2 years for them to fix some simple plumbing issue.

The only thing magnificent about living here is the insides of your home and maybe your balcony. Southcoast Terrace Condominiums really needs to fix there problems because everyday the community gets worst. Things which need to be Fixed/Replaced 1- The Carports: they are extremely horrible and two small I suggest they upgrade to a Parking structure like what the Park Plaza Apartments have. which will open up the rest of the parking for Guest parking only by use of Permit or getting a printed permit from Security (which would expire at 12am unless its an overnight pass which is good until 11am) 2- Guest Parking: as i said above this having a Double Decker parking garage will open up the Open parking areas for guest by use of parking permit or getting a printed permit from security (whic
