Anna the manager is a good manager. Easy to talk to and laugh with. Conlin Properties is good property owners when things need to get fixed. It get fixed quick within reasonable time. Ive never had an issue with maintenance. For most its just a job, but the maintenance is nice here. Iv’e always gotten a 24 hour 2 day notice before entering. The building I’m in is quiet and have not spotted any mice or roaches. And my neighbors are very neighborly.

South Brook green apartments is the best.The move in process was smooth. And Anna is very nice, informative, and communative. My husband and I love our unit and we plan our renewing our lease. I hope this helps future tenants.

I use to live there. I got out of my lease 3 months later after maintenance just walked into my home. He said he knocked but I was home as well as my husband. Manager was messy.

We used to live there a long time ago and we told her that people walked into our apartment and all they said was keep your door locked or people knocks on your door and run and my stepdaughter and daughter found a drug pipe in the hallway and she didn't do anything about it.when people get arrested for something they let them back in.we need stuff fixed they don't do it out dishwasher was leaking and the air conditioning was dirty the outlets didn't work and there was writing on the walls or food in the hallways and they never done anything about it but they gave us a 3 day eviction for letting them know what was going on and that's what they told us to do when we first moved in and they let everyone get away with a lot of stuff there and there dogs was vious but we had to put our dog d

We been here a 1yr & now on our 3rd property management. Last last 2 was a joke. Got nothing done. Barely put work orders in. We yell @ the maintenance guys to find out y nothing gets done. To find out nothing got put in. We even brought up that 1 of the playground equipment was broken. Done nothing. Now the mice problem we had to buy our own mice traps & poison. So buy the time the extermator came they was gone. And its in the contract we cant do our own maintenance. But when nothing gets done. We have no choice but to do it. We even had to buy a new toilet & put it in & a microwave. We was getting ready to buy a new stove & dishwasher b4 they finally put 1 in. But the dishwasher isnt installed right. And back in Nov just b4 Thanksgiving my car got broke into. And nothing was done about i
