Outdated, elevators are always broken. Staff person were mean and rude. They dismissed everything you ask. Surrounding areas are dirty. Avoid this place!

A private cooperative apartment dwelling large in scale, New influx of younger families has enlivened an already competent management. Great Public Schools, transportation is convenient. The security and maintenance is great without the onerous concierge thing.

This ex-Mitchell-Lama is an oasis in the intensity of the Financial District. We have great neighbors on our floor in Building 2. Our tower is a fireproof pored concrete structure that is good at keeping out neighbor and street noise in our location. 8’ ceilings is a minor complaint - completely made up for by having outdoor space with sun exposure most of the day & incredible views in Fidi. The development itself plus in readable access to transit (12 lines in 5 min walk), shopping & dining (South Street Seaport, Oculus, Tribeca, Chinatown, etc.), many fun things to do, and this place’s relative affordability makes Southbridge an awesome place to live.
