South Yard Lofts Apartments

As a parent of a college student attending school in a different state, peace of mind means everything — and this apartment complex has delivered exactly that. From day one, the staff has been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication has been excellent. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe, which is incredibly important when your child is living out of state. The location is convenient for campus, and the amenities are great for students balancing school, work, and downtime. Knowing my daughter is living in a place that’s comfortable, secure, and well managed makes the distance much easier.

Me and my partner moved in back in May and we have loved living here! Everyone is so nice and super helpful whenever we have questions or need something. The proximity to the nearby trail is such a big plus when we want to run or go on a short grocery run. Our Magnolia (1 bedroom) apartment layout is fantastic and we love it. We both also love the community events that are planned! They're a great way to meet people and have fun!! We absolutely love it here and would recommend it to anyone!

My son is currently a resident and based on the property’s amenities, upkeep and responsiveness to inquiries or questions we will probably be renewing for another year when lease renewals are offered. This was my son’s 5th property lease in Fayetteville and this process was the easiest, by far. The application process was extremely easy. Zach was helpful from beginning to end (move in). He sat down with us at move in and went over everything, including necessary apps to install that make payment, maintenance requests and building entry easier. He walked us to our new unit and made sure everything was in order, and noted any discrepancies. Overall experience was 5 star.

I've recently moved into South Yard Lofts, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The entire management and maintenance team has been incredibly helpful and responsive from day one. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. The community is welcoming, the space is beautiful, and it's clear the staff genuinely cares about residents.

Amazing place to live in! Brand new apartments with modern features, high end appliances and smart devices. Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bathroom and closet, and efficient washer/dryer units. I really love the sunrise views from my bedroom and living room, the natural light is superb, love the place!
