I've rented with them for nearly 2 years and have had no issues whatsoever. From the move in date, they made it clear and easy of all the info needed for laundry on site (At that property), parking, and how to request maintenance repairs. There weren't many times needing to do so, but when I did make a request, it was fixed in a timely manner every time! They are very responsive with anything related to the property such as if someone is blocking any parking spot, and they are great with maintaining the property such as salting the walkways and shoveling so it's safe in the winter.

After renting for a decade, my 5 years at south wedge properties was absolutely the best. I was a tenant during the pandemic and they took the time to be accommodating to peoples changing schedules and incomes. Maintenance was incredibly fast and helpful. In my few emergency situations, they were resolved in less than 24 hours. The office staff was responsive and helpful. Prices stay reasonable in a competitive market. Very pet friendly too. They were hands off enough to make me feel like I was in my own space, but there when I needed them. Thank you south wedge properties!

I want to take a minute to recognize one of the maintenance crew members, Evan. Anytime I have needed something taken care of, he has always been there to fix it, works around my busy schedule, very respectful of my apartment and my belongings if something needs to be moved. Much appreciated.

I’ve been a tenant with this company for almost 5 years and the reason I am still with them is because of the way they treat their tenants. Any time I have had any type of maintenance issue, They have always responded very quickly and completed the task that visit. They are professional and very thorough and making sure that things are fixed before they leave. The property manager,Courtney had always been accommodating if I had any special requests or any emergency situations that may have come up on my end. I just moved into my third apartment with this company and I’m looking forward to many more years with them.

Rented a unit for 3 years and had a very positive experience. All my maintenance requests were handled promptly and every interaction I had with maintenance or management was positive. If I didn't move out of NY I would have continued living under South Wedge Properties.
