South Town Square Apartments

I was looking for an apartment and was helped by Briana Guzman. Very professional and EXTREMELY helpful. She helped me with the whole application process. Please ask for her when you have any questions.

Thus far , my experience is quite pleasurable , if there's anything I find annoying or unbearable , I will report it to the office. The one thing that could be corrected in my unit is the locks 🔒 on the bathroom doors of the guest room. These should be reversed ; especially on the door leading into the room.

Communication during the application process was not the best. I applied but lost availability due to a misunderstanding of a fee. I was never placed on a waitlist either and I was in need of housing. I paid the application fee I guess thats just lost money.

Ms.Sharon and Jacob had great customer service and communication. There was nothing more than we could ask for. Thanks guys. I wanted to come back after staying here for the last 4 months and advise on these apartments. These apartments are worst then having your own house. How are the regulations more strict than the HOA. You can’t have any type of decorations up for the holidays on your patio/balcony. Whenever you contact the rent office to speak with Sharron, she is always unavailable and preoccupied. You can’t smoke, And although your rent is paid on time you continue getting letters on the door about some type of new rule. This will be our only year here and we’re out.

The Community is beautiful and very friendly as far as the neighbors. But the property management needs work. Honestly they need to get a new staff (atleast 90% of the staff). Jake was the only staff member who helped and communicated the most. Overall though not very welcoming nor friendly in the leasing office AT ALL. My family and I got approved for an apartment and had a move in date but haven’t heard until a week later that we weren’t ready to move in on the day we were supposed to. The office management stated “we have to get your apartment move in approved by corporate”. I lived in luxury apartments and very cheap apartments and I knew that was a lie. The management does what they want and are very unprofessional. Me and my wife AND OUR SON had to sleep in the car for two days! Unti
