Scamming going on with this property. Wonder why Carlos got fired. They were supposed to refund my money. Never did. I’ve called these people over 5 times in the span of a month for them to give me false information. I know they know it was false but tried to say it was from corporate. After me calling corporate and then confirm they never handle residential only the property does. I called no answer, I call back from a different number you can hear the lady screaming to the other staff “she called again from a different number”. I really wish I had that recorded. The audacity, So unprofessional to ignore calls about MY MONEY YOU OWE. And still not refund it. Clearly no one in there understands the job/role.

I had been with the community for about two years but recently things are different now. They are low staffed on maintenance so nothing is really getting fixed I’ve had a work order in for over two weeks now. Ladies in the office aren’t so bad in person, when I spoke with them they were Nice !

I am a former resident of unit 3D. I spent 3 years living in this unit and I would say it was quite a comfortable place to live. My neighbors were all friendly and it felt like a small community in my building. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is amazing in terms of their response time. Honestly, the only downside is that the buildings are a bit old, but I didn't mind.

I’m a former resident of 37H. I must say , please refrain from the negative reviews. Luke is not bad nor racists. Kathleen is a sweetheart. Maintenance is kind and prompt. The building I lived in was like family, we all knew each other and cars lol. Very quiet area, clean landscaping, and laundry room. I paid my rent on time and was NEVER late. I need them to have more properties lol. Thanks for having me as a tenant, you are missed! -Alicia Arrington.

Recently moved to the area and I am loving my apartment. I was nervous about moving to a location site unseen but I have been very pleased. The leasing staff was able to assist me while doing everything virtually. I got approved fairly quick. On move in day I was greeted by all the staff and manager introduce himself (can't remember his name). I did have an issue with my sink but maintenance came out within 10 minutes of me calling. This is super nice from my old place. Plan to be here for a while, nice to not stress able my apartment while starting a new job.
