I took a tour with Deanna Seale and my friend Traci of the complex!! Traci is looking for a safe, convenient complex to move into! Amazing location, lots of amazing perks to renting there! This is a great place to live. They are very responsive with any and all concerns. Our manager Jessica is awesome. She is understanding and listens to our concerns and when she’s touring the property she notices things we don’t and gets them taken care of!!

Enrique is very caring and informative. I had some concerns about mold and he explained and checked my AC unit out very thoroughly to ensure I didn’t have any. He was very patient and addressed my concerns. Venterra is very fortunate to have an employee like Enrique.

Jessica is wonderful landlord I ever had same as Lizzy my old one. I love both of them. She's good at communicating and helping out. Great job she does. I Love you Jessica landry...
